Perhaps this thought is a lingering musing in the wake of la rentrée , but it does strike me that there are some places that change us fundamentally. Or, perhaps, that wake up what had previously been quietly hibernating, unknown of and unnoticed.
It’s not that there hasn’t always been a whole other world out there. It’s not even that you haven’t been to bits of it before. But perhaps you never saw the moon shine until just now...
Too philosophical? I’m sure cake will soon occupy the thoughts of a pensive penguin...
