Negligeence – forgetting to take pyjamas with you when staying at somebody else’s house. A variation of this exists in relation to opening the door to room service breakfast while wearing a towel (even a large towel...).
Or, if you really get caught short...
Can forgetting pjyamas now be used as justification for retail gluttony (to procure large and elaborate hat-boxes, and similar concealments)? Hmmm... best not to go there...
